Job description:
Develop complex browser-based applications. Are you looking for a professional environment where you can get fully involved and use all of your technical skills?  Macnetix develops individual software solutions for the hotel and restaurant industry, hospitals and rehabilitation facilities, schools, universities, banks and the retail trade. We are looking for a JavaScript developer with core skills in JavaScript, HTML5 programming and CSS3 to start as soon as possible at our site in Berlin.

Your tasks:
  • In-depth knowledge of Node.js, React.js and socket.io
  • Experience in creating single-page applications and similar using jQuery
  • Knowledge of at least one of the following JavaScript modules: Express, MongoDB, Q, Mocha, Weinre
  • Experience of JavaScript frameworks for mobile applications

Your tasks:
  • First and second level customer support by telephone in the field of hardware and software for our products.
  • Testing new software versions for further development of our products (product management).
  • Maintenance and expansion of product documentation.
  • Quality-assurance tasks within the scope of technical project handling.
  • Configuration and installation of digital information and advertising systems.
  • Technical project handling as far as installation at the customer’s site.
  • Maintaining the ¬†company’s internal networks.

Account Manager
Your tasks:
  • To provide skilled technical advice and support to our commercial customers and specialist trading partners regarding our software products and associated hardware.¬†
  • To expand our network of specialist trading partners.
  • Responsibility for interpreting technical questions in tender preparation, including participation in the (in-house) trade fairs and events of our specialist trading partners.
Our requirements:
  • In-depth knowledge of the fields of digital signage, IPTV and cloud services.
  • Sales experience in the B2B area, preferably in both direct and indirect sales.
  • Willingness to travel (category B driving licence required).
  • Very good knowledge of both written and spoken English.
  • Winning personality, strong communication skills and customer focus.
  • Enthusiasm, an independent and results-oriented working style with an ability to work in a team.
